What was once a remote fishing village adjacent to the dense forests of Mexico, Tulum has been reborn as an epicenter of Holistic living, sustainable practices and host to some of the most interesting restaurants in the world. Influences from the Mayan culture combined with a dash of Japan, France, Los Angeles and New York have helped to evolve the cuisine of Tulum beyond the realm of Fusion.
We have endeavored to capture the essence of this magnificent place by introducing traditional dishes of the Mayan Peninsula as well as a representation of the diversity of world kitchens. Our dishes are unique and traditional and have not been Americanized, open your mind and your palate and enjoy the adventure. From the simplicity of a taco to the complexity of the banana leaf wrapped Cobia baked in the wood burning oven, we use only the freshest ingredients.
The aroma you will smell , and feel, when entering is Copal, a tree resin from the jungles of the Peninsula that was used in the pyramids to cleanse and calm the soul. Our music is representative of the music of Tulum, a mix of contemporary Latin , French and American.
Herradura Tequila is our house pour and all mixes are fresh squeezed and made in house daily. Our extensive list of Mezcal based cocktails reflects the increasing popularity of Mezcal as being the people’s choice of Mexico.
